Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall provide information on the distribution or use of a game product which has not been classified for the purpose of distribution or use, or display or store it for such purpose.

Nevertheless, on October 20, 2016, the Defendant sold 14 game equipment (10, 800 Doccccccccc 4) that was not classified by the Game Water Management Committee from around 10, 2016, from around 30,000 to around 30,000 to around 14.

As a result, the Defendant distributed game water that was not classified as a class.

Questions made by the Game Water Management Committee on Water Management, reports on seizure, list of seizure, investigation reports (related to requesting the custody of seized articles), investigation reports (related to attaching photographs of seized articles), investigation reports (related to classification and verification of classification of the rating and attaching documentary evidence of the rating of game products) and the application of statutes;

1. Article 44 of the relevant Act on criminal facts, Article 44 (1) 2 of the Act on the Promotion of Selective Game Industry, and Article 32 (1) 1 of the Act on the Promotion of Selective Game Industry, and Selection of fines;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

The reason for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act was that the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million on June 14, 2017 (Seoul Central Court Decision 2017No. 260, Jun. 14, 2017) with respect to the same crime committed around the time when the instant crime was committed, and several other cases continue to exist. However, since all of them are concurrent crimes under Article 37 of the Criminal Act, there is room to consider equity in cases where they were tried together.

In addition to these circumstances, the punishment shall be determined as ordered by taking into account all the circumstances such as the defendant's age, sex, motive and background of the crime, and circumstances after the crime.
