1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the Plaintiff KRW 454,678,070 and 20% per annum from May 24, 2013 to September 30, 2015.

1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;

2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;

3. The Plaintiff asserts that the interest period from March 15, 2007 to May 23, 2014 regarding the principal amount of KRW 270 million is 2,262, and the interest amount calculated by the ratio of 20% per annum during the said period is 334,652,050 won (=270 million x 262/365 x 20%).

However, since the interest period from March 15, 2007 to May 23, 2014 is deemed to be six years and 70, and it is reasonable to calculate the interest amount, the interest calculated at the rate of 20% per annum during the above period shall be 34,356,160 won (=270 million won x (60/365) x 20%).

Therefore, the Plaintiff’s claim balance against the Defendants after partial repayment by the Defendants is KRW 454,678,070 (specific calculation shall be as indicated below, and shall be less than KRW 454,678,070 as indicated below). Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants in excess of the above KRW 454,678,070 and damages for delay shall be dismissed.
