2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

The Plaintiff’s partial dismissal portion sought interest payment of KRW 241,850,000 with a rate of 6% per annum from March 17, 2014 to September 17, 2018, and calculated the interest amount of KRW 66,750,000, which appears to be Osan, and thus, the Plaintiff’s allegation that exceeds the above recognized amount of KRW 65,398,890 is rejected.
