Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2014, at around 08:15, the Defendant opened and unloaded a window to make it possible for many, unspecified persons to view the D Ecoos car driving seat parked on the alleyway in front of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, so that they can be seen by the Defendant, and made a public obscenity by using his sexual organ as his hand, and scam below it.
