Reasons
Criminal facts
On April 21, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Youngju District Court’s Youngdong Branch, and on October 14, 2008, the Seoul Northern District Court issued a summary order of 500,000 won as a fine for larceny. On October 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 1 million won as a fine for larceny, etc. at the Youngju District Court’s Youngdong Branch on December 6, 2013. On April 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Daejeon District Court for larceny, etc., and on August 16, 2014, the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Daejeon Prison on August 16, 2014.
1. On November 6, 2014, at around 23:05, the Defendant came to a restaurant operated by the victim D in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, and cut off 500 won (4 100 won chip 4,50 won chip 50 won chip), which was in the victim’s possession of the said place, after opening the locked window and rupture, and intrusion into the said rupture.

On November 9, 2014, at around 02:10, the Defendant came to “H kindergarten,” operated by the Victim G from Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the “H kindergarten,” through the main window of the kitchen, opened by a crepit in which the surrounding surveillance was neglected; (b) did not have any stolen objects; (c) confirmed that CCTV was installed inside, and did not commit an attempted act by external ombudsman.
In addition, from Sep. 2014 to the above temporary date, the Defendant habitually attempted to steals property or steals property equivalent to KRW 952,00,000, totaled eight times, as stated in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.
