1. The defendant,

A. Plaintiff A: (a) KRW 5,00,000 for each of the KRW 784,379,325, Plaintiff B, and C, and each of them on November 14, 2011.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties to the case 1) The Defendant is the Newly constructed E in Pyeongtaek-si D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant construction”).

(2) The Defendant subcontracted the “G Corporation” during the instant construction to F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) and subcontracted the “H Corporation” during the instant construction to the U.S. Mineral Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “U.S.”).

3) On November 13, 2011, Plaintiff B and C were the parents of Plaintiff A. B. (1) On November 13, 201, Plaintiff A was employed as an ordinary father (which was employed from October 27, 201 and newly drafted an employment contract on each working day) and performed the work’s work’s overall cleaning and technical assistance necessary for the site work at the construction site (including the first floor, the second floor, and the second floor above the E and the parking zone) under the direction of the construction manager (I, J, K, etc.), and performed the work’s support necessary for the site work. Specifically, Plaintiff A performed the work’s support necessary for the work of technical engineers, such as the work to cover things, work to load, work to load, etc.

(3) Meanwhile, L, upon receiving an order from a construction manager affiliated with the Defendant on November 12, 201, to install a window, L, not the F’s business scope, was engaged in U- block reinforcements and stoppy dismantling work at the instant construction site in order to enhance the efficiency of the installation work of a window.
