When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2015, the Defendant started driving a motor vehicle in front of the Dong-dong-dong apartment located in the central Dong-dong, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and operated a motor vehicle with approximately 30 meters section prior to the 119 Fire Center located in the same Dong-dong, without purchasing a mandatory motor vehicle insurance policy.
