Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On October 8, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a fine of KRW 500,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a fine of KRW 6 million on June 16, 2014 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, in the Changwon District Court, on the grounds that the Defendant was sentenced to a suspension of execution on August 12, 2014 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) at the Changwon District Court, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspension of execution on August 20, 2014, and the said judgment was sentenced to a suspension of execution on November 20, in addition to the suspension of execution as of August 4, 2008, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 500,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on August 15, 2012.

[2] On January 2, 2016, the Defendant driven B e-car while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.085% while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1km section of approximately 1km from the roads near the Mag-dong, Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the roads front of the Dong Dong-dong apartment located in the same Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong.
