A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Aiding and abetting the theft of intrusion at night, and aiding and abetting the larceny of intrusion upon residence at night;

A. On December 2017, at the parking lot of TBC broadcasting station located in the Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-si, the Defendant: (a) provided C with Derst cruise cruise vehicle with the knowledge that C would use it for a larceny; (b) provided C with Derst cruise vehicle with the knowledge that C would use it for the larceny crime; and (c) provided C with it by facilitating C’s conduct of larceny at night-time (1 to 6) a year away from the sight table of the crime committed in attached Form C.

B. On January 10, 2018, at the F cafeteria parking lot located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (a) provided Gsch Rexton vehicles to C with the knowledge that C would be used for the thief; (b) provided Gschton vehicles to C; and (c) prevented C from committing larceny at night again at 7 and 8 times again, one day off in each of the following crimes:

On January 30, 2018, at the F cafeteria parking lot located in Seogu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant: (a) provided C with a low-priced vehicle with a knowledge that C would be used for the larceny; (b) provided C with a low-priced vehicle; and (c) provided C with a high-priced vehicle on the attached list of crimes, which was 9 through 19, 21, and 25 again at night; and (d) facilitate the Defendant’s attempt to commit the larceny of intrusion upon residence at night and at night 20 times again.

On February 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) provided Category C with D’s cruise-type cruise vehicle with the knowledge that C would use it for the larceny; (b) provided Category C with D’s attached crime sight list, 26 through 28, 30 through 33 at night; and (c) provided Category C with C’s attempt to commit robbery at night at night; and (d) provided the following by facilitating C’s attempt to commit robbery at night at night, 29 times again.

2. Habitual acquisition of stolen goods:

A. On December 24, 2017, at the parking lot of TBC broadcasting station located in Daegu Suwon-dong, Daegu Suwon-dong, the Defendant purchased stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that C was stolen, such as 1 gold bars No. 1 in annexed crime sight table, and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that the total market price is equivalent to KRW 6.2 million.

B. On December 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the parking lot of the TBC broadcasting station located in the Daegu Suwon-dong, Daegu Suwon-dong on December 27, 2017; (b) C No. 2. C’s annual list of crimes in attached Form 2.
