1. Night-time theft;
A. On August 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the said restaurant as a “K” window operated by the victim J of the victim J in Yansan-gu, Jeonju-si; and (b) entered the said restaurant as a main window not corrected; and (c) held cash of KRW 300,000,000, which is owned by the victim, located below the credit cooperative in the relevant place.
B. 2. Larceny;
A. On September 25, 2016, at around 07:00, the Defendant: (a) cut off 330,000 won in cash, 1 No. 330,000 won, No. 30,000 won in cash, No. 330, No. 300,000, and 1 part of the victim P owned with one resident registration certificate; and (b) thereafter, until October 20, 2016, the Defendant entered a parked vehicle with no correction over 12 times in total, such as the previous 1/ [Attachment Table 1], and stolen goods in total amount of KRW 16,625,00 in cash, etc. at that place.
B. On September 25, 2016, at around 07:53, the Defendant stolen the sum of KRW 9,906,500 in cash administered by the victims four times in total by the aforementioned method, from that time until October 2, 2016, by inserting a stolen credit card as shown in attached Table 1 / [Attachment Table 1] a year again, and withdrawing KRW 201,300 in cash managed by the victim’s name in a person who was not the victim’s name, at a mutually influent convenience store near the headquarters of the State-owned Military Office of North Korea.
3. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business [Attachment 1] The goods are the goods that the Defendant pretended to be Q Q by using the Samsung Card in the name of Q, which was stolen in advance, as set forth in [Attachment 1] No. 3.
