A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 21:20 on January 12, 2018, the Defendant: (b) took a victim C (65 years of age)’s personal taxi in front of the new fire station 119 Safety Center located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; (c) was going in front of the victim C (65 years of age) in front of the 119 Safety Center; and (d) around 21:40, at around 21:5-5, the Defendant intending to open the back door of the new taxi and the front door of the existing taxi and to extract the keys of the vehicle of the taxi in progress.

The Defendant abused the driver of a motor vehicle in operation, such as the Defendant who was trying to extract the key of the motor vehicle as above, by hand, by cutting his strict finger, and making part of the skin tear teared.

2. On January 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a current offender by assaulting a taxi article, such as the preceding paragraph, at the police box of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul around 22:00; and (b) was arrested by the said police box; and (c) during the investigation at the said police box, the Defendant sent to G of the above police box that arrested the Defendant “I am out of Korea and go outside Korea; (d) how I am out of Korea and become four days after the police station investigation; and (e) was well observed how I am out of Korea and am out of Korea; and (e) I am back to am.

“To the effect that it would be retaliation against the victim,” thereby hindering police officers from performing their legitimate duties in relation to criminal investigations.

3. Around January 12, 2018, the Defendant insultingd the victim G, who received a report on 112 on the ground of the foregoing paragraph 1, around the bus stop in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and arrived at the site after receiving a report on 119 days due to the ground of the foregoing paragraph 1, and took a serious bath, such as “A country has to open this ring the police, so the country has to do so.”

In the meantime, while being examined by the F police box as mentioned above 2, the above taxi article, etc. is located.
