Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Acquisition of stolen property;

A. On February 12, 2016, at around 20:50, the Defendant acquired the check, which is a stolen object, with the knowledge of the fact that the Defendant’s home located in Sungnam-si B and 214 stolen the KEB card owned by the victim D, which was the husband, but became aware of the report.

B. On March 6, 2016, around 20:45, the Defendant acquired a e-mail card, a stolen object, with knowledge of the fact that the Defendant’s office obtained the e-mail card owned by the victim E from the above Defendant’s office, but became aware of the report, for the purpose of using the e-mail card under another’s name, for which the source of hearing is unclear.

2. Fraudulent and credit finance business violation;

A. On February 12, 2016, the Defendant settled KRW 6,474,740 on a total of 45 occasions, as shown in the attached Table 2 of the List of Crimes, including the fact that the Defendant, as seen above, presented to the victim H one physical card acquired from G located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, as seen above, to pay KRW 37,00 for the purchase of goods, by presenting it to the victim H as if he was his card.

B. On March 6, 2016, from around 21:00 to 21:11 on the same day, the Defendant settled KRW 188,550 for the purchase price of the goods by presenting the said e-owned e-mail card, which was acquired by the J in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, as one of its own cards, to the victim K three times.

On March 6, 2016, the Defendant presented to the Victim N ack Card acquired in Seongbuk-gu L in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul-gu, as if he were his card, paid KRW 24,000 for purchase price for Kink.
