A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than two months and by imprisonment for not more than four months for a crime of No. 2 as decided by the court below.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment for fraud in the Jinwon District Court's Jinwon District Court's Jinju branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 5, 2013.
