A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment and two months of imprisonment for the use of computers and other types of fraud at the District Court for the Defendant’s District Court on April 12, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 9, 2014.

1. On June 2015, the Defendant: (a) removed a car registration number plate in front of the ES5 car parked in the “D hotel”; (b) around that time, the Defendant was operated by the Defendant in front of the Defendant’s house located in the Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu City.

GM5 Automobiles attached the car registration number plate of the above E to the GM5 car.

Accordingly, the defendant used an automobile registration number plate which is air defense for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. Unlawful events for the defense of air;

A. On September 2, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime of Sep. 2, 2015, around September 23:14, 2015, exercised the air defense that was illegally used by the Defendant by operating the GM5 car with a vehicle registration number plate attached in approximately 40km from around 40km to the front of the funeral ceremony at the Daegu North Korean University Hospital.

B. On September 3, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at around 00:18, on September 3, 2015, operated a G 5 car with the above registration number plate attached from the 30km section from around the said Defendant’s house to the 729m State bond compensation in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant exercised the air defense for unlawful use by operating the G 5 car with the said registration number plate attached.

On September 15, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime of September 2015, 2015, at around 21:21:25, operated the GST5 car with a car license plate attached to E in the above section of about 20km from the front parking lot of the 308-ro 7-gil, Seogu, Daegu-ro, Daegu-ro, 308, to the front parking lot of the 308-ro, Gyeongsan-ro, 308, the 1900 match in the 190-ro, Chungcheongnam-si, Gyeongnam-si, the Defendant exercised the air defense that was unlawfully used by operating the GM5 car with a car license plate attached, as seen above.
