Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, upon the direction of B and C along with C, provided accommodation and food to the elderly accommodation who left without a certain dwelling space, which is a guide for the elderly accommodation, and opened a passbook using his resident registration card, such as a certified copy of his resident registration card, and opened the passbook to the above C and E, and the above C and E used it to register the business in the name of the elderly, and used it, thereby soliciting them to get illegal loans from the second financial right to receive illegal loans.

1. On November 23, 201, the Defendant in violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, in collusion with B and A, received a total of 45 of the sum of the passbooks in the name of G and H, such as G and H, and the cash card, issued by a bank in the name of the F issued by the Seongbuk-nam post office located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the same day as the one of the passbooks in the name of the F, issued by the branch of the National Bank located in the area near the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.

In collusion with “B, A, C, and E” on January 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) provided documents necessary for loans, such as a passbook (Account Number: J); (b) copy of resident registration certificates; and (c) and seal impression, to the above C, etc.; and (b) obtained loans from the Busan Solomon Savings Bank located in Busan, on January 5, 2012, by using such documents, from the victim’s name as if the damaged was the recipient of the loan; and (c) obtained loans from the victim’s staff to the above passbook in the name of the victim by deceiving him/her as if the damaged was the recipient of the loan; and (d) obtained loans of KRW 34,38,000 through nine times in total, such as the victim’s list of crimes (3).
