A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Sungdong detention center on October 10, 2015.

1. Highest of 2015 4500

A. On October 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:45, Oct. 28, 2015, in a “D” restaurant operated by the Victim C located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul) around October 28, 2015; and (b) in fact, the Defendant ordered alcohol and food to the victim as if the victim would normally pay the price for alcoholic beverages, etc. despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she was provided with alcohol and food; (c) ordered the victim to pay the price for alcoholic beverages, etc.; and (d) the Defendant was issued the victim with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 27,00,00 in total, including 3 C C,

B. On November 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00 on November 1, 2015, committed the crime at the “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F in Seoul, Jungdong-gu; and (b) the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol and food, was engaged in the act as if the victim would normally pay the price for alcoholic beverages, etc. to the victim; (c) ordered the alcohol and food to the victim; and (d) received a total of KRW 32,00,000 in the market price, including cattle and pigs, pigs, 1,000, and 1,000 in the bones, from the victim.

2. The Defendant 2016 Highest 85 is in office and the victim H (48 taxes, women) is a drinking employee, and the Defendant is a person who has been a customer at the time when the victim is working.

On November 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the “J” restaurant located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I on November 23, 2015; (b) instead of having no ability to pay the drinking value, and acquired it by deceptioning 80,000 won of the drinking value by failing to calculate the drinking value.

3. At around November 3, 2015, Defendant 2016, Defendant 326, took a victim K (59 years of age) taxi in front of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yeongdeungpo-gu Station, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and did not pay KRW 25,800,00 of the taxi rate to the 03:00 malone taxi station to the malone-dong-dong Ydong-dong Hagu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government without good cause.
