Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On October 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the above punishment on December 19, 2017.
[Criminal facts] 2018 Highest 5697
1. On July 31, 2018, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) at the “D” entertainment station operated by the victim C in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Incheon; (b) despite that the Defendant had no intent or ability to normally pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol and alcohol, the Defendant deceiving C by the method of placing an order for alcohol and alcohol as if he would normally pay the price; and (c) was issued from the victim C with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 187,00,000, such as 13,000, the Commission and alcohol.

3. On August 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) within the “J” restaurant operated by the victim I in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Incheon, on August 1, 2018; and (b) despite the lack of intent or ability to normally pay the amount despite being provided with food, the Defendant was issued food equivalent to KRW 11,00,00, such as a 1st, 100,000, by ordering food as if he would normally pay the amount.
Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims, received a total amount of 207,000 won alcoholic beverages and food, respectively, over three times.
On July 24, 2018, the Defendant did not have the intent and ability to pay the amount normally at the "M operated by the victim L in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon on July 24, 2018."
