A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from April 1, 2015 to August 31, 2017, worked as the head of non-state agricultural branch D and supervised the victim E (n, 34 years of age), victim F (n, 33 years of age), and victim G (n, 27 years of age) working in the said agricultural branch.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (or by force on duty);

A. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim E committed an indecent act against the victim at the 1st floor office of the U.S. branch office located in the U.S. Ha-gun, U.S., U.S., U.D. on March 4, 2016 through his work, and committed an indecent act against the victim nine times in total, such as the victim’s list 1st century, from around that time to July 18, 2017.

B. From July 6, 2017 to August 9, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim F, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim 12 times in total, as shown in attached Table 2, from March 16, 2017 to August 16, 2017, including the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim’s shoulder, who is under the supervision of the Defendant at the 1st floor office at the NA branch office of the said U.S. A. D. as a result of his duties, the victim’s shoulder, who is considered to be seated with the Defendant, by force, with two descendants.

around 21:00 on March 16, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the Victim G by committing an indecent act on three occasions in total, as shown in the attached Table 3 table of crime sight, in the J Garan-gun I, and the victim’s hyke, who was supervised by the Defendant due to his duties, was hykeing the victim’s hyke and hykeing the victim’s hyke, which was supervised by the Defendant, due to his duties during his Doing duties, and by force.

On July 10, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media) causes or satisfies the Defendant’s sexual desire at the first floor office at the 1st floor office located in the said U.S.C.D.
