Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a director of the overseas business division of the defendant corporation B, and the victim C (the victim C) is a director of the overseas business division of the above company and has been under the protection and supervision of the defendant on duty.
1. On May 10, 2018, the Defendant stated that, around 19:00 on May 10, 2018, the Defendant, “Around May 10, 2018, at the lake room of “D hotel” located in London, he saw that the Defendant would drink with the victim while drinking beer with the victim.”
이에 피해자가 화제를 돌리기 위해 음악을 틀자 피고인이 의자에 앉아 있던 피해자 앞으로 다가와 “우리 춤 한 판 땡기자”라고 말하면서 갑자기 한 손으로 피해자의 손을 잡아 일으키고, 다른 손으로 피해자의 허리를 끌어안아 피해자를 피고인의 몸 쪽으로 밀착시켰다.

2. 2018. 5. 12.경 범행 피고인은 2018. 5. 12. 19:00경부터 20:00경까지 사이에 이탈리아 베니스에 있는 ‘E 호텔’ 로비에서 피해자와 함께 맥주를 마시다가 피해자에게 “니 눈이 짝짝이인 걸 보니 막힌 혈을 풀어줘야겠다. 내가 아는 의사 중에 이런 거 잘 아는 의사가 있는데 주물러 주면 된다고 하더라”라고 하면서 갑자기 양손으로 피해자의 손과 팔을 수 회 주물렀다.

3. On May 13, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime, around 17:00 on May 13, 2018, while eating at a restaurant located adjacent to the hotel as stated in paragraph (2), the Defendant called “beat” to the victim and continuing to smoke outside the restaurant at around 19:00 on the same day.
