A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on May 24, 2012. On April 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 2 years for August 25, 2013 by the same court due to the same crime. On November 16:19, 2019, the Defendant driven the Poter-II truck under the influence of alcohol level of KRW 0.188% under the influence of alcohol level of 0.18%.

On April 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Incheon District Court on April 25, 2013. On December 16, 2019, the Defendant was charged with non-detained of the same offense with the District Court on December 16, 2019.

On January 19, 2020, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on January 19, 2020. While under the influence of alcohol level of 0.185%, the Defendant driven B Poter cargo at approximately 9.6 km from the vicinity of the 4 New Documents of Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-do, Geumcheon-gun, Gangwon-do to the front road of the 265 flow control letter.

On May 24, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 4 million to a fine of KRW 1 million at the Incheon District Court on May 24, 2012. On April 25, 2013, the Incheon District Court sentenced two years of suspended execution to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) or a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-Exclusive Driving). On December 26, 2019, the Defendant was not detained for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) to the Government District Court on December 26, 201, and was charged for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Driving) or a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-Exclusive Driving).

On January 29, 2020, at around 04:30, the Defendant driven B Poter-II cargo with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.312% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the quarantine station in the 1k-meter ju, the steel source-Eup to the front of the iron source C.
