As to the defendant's each crime in the [Attachment 4, 2014 Highest 2699] Nos. 1 and 2.

Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Incheon District Court for larceny on August 9, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 9, 2013, and completed the execution of the said punishment on August 19, 2013.

"2014 Highest 1912"

1. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer or acquire a means of access unless otherwise specifically provided for in any other Act in using and managing the means of access;

Nevertheless, around March 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received 1.50,000 won from the coffee retail store near the Sail Station in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for the name-oriented persons; and (b) transferred the means of access by notifying the Defendant of the identification number by transferring one of the bankbooks (Account Number: D) and one cash card connected to the above passbook.

2. On May 1, 2014, the defrauded posted a notice on “F” bank located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim G sought an admission ticket to the camping site on the Internet website of the NAV, NV, the Internet website; and (b) contacted the victim to the Kakao Kakao Stockholm, the social network service, thereby making it false for the victim to sell the camping-gu admission ticket to KRW 100,000.

However, even if the victim received the sale proceeds, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell the admission tickets to the campground.

Nevertheless, on the same day, the defendant was transferred KRW 100,000 to the national bank account (Account Number) in the name of the defendant in the name of the victim.

The Defendant, by such means as seen above, had the victims induced, and received from the victims the total amount of KRW 782,00,000 each seven times from July 18, 2014, as shown in the List of Crimes (1).

The Defendant of “2014 Highest 2080”, around April 24, 2014, at the PC room located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu H, and the victim I sought an admission ticket to the camping-gu on the Internet website of the NAVV.
