The Defendant, “2013 High-Risk268” from around 2007 to January 2013, 2013, is a person who works for the marine purchase division and the vice head of the I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “I”) as an I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “I”), and is engaged in the purchase of materials related to electricity, machinery and residence (living facilities inside a ship) installed on a ship, and currently operates the JA, a trade export and service company.
1. As a result, the Defendant acquired the above property in return for an illegal solicitation in relation to his duties as a person who administers another’s business.
2.
