Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the District Court, which was sentenced to three years of suspension and became final and conclusive on the 30th of the same month.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority on March 2019, performed the act of cutting the ground in 1,112 square meters among the forest land B in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, and constructed a natural stone retaining wall at a height of 1 to 1.8 meters, cut the ground of 40 square meters among C forest land, cut the ground of 245 square meters among G land, thereby changing the form and quality of land and installing structures, etc.
