Defendant
A around April 28, 2007, “H” was established and actually operated by February 14, 2012, which is the business place of sexual traffic under subparagraph 502 of the 5th floor of the 5th floor of the 5th floor of the 2007 Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City G Building. 1. Defendant A operated the said “H” sexual traffic business establishment from around April 28, 2007 to February 14, 2012, with nine rooms, guest rooms, eight guest rooms, one company room, four company room, one company room, and one company room for female employees, and employed female employees during the said period.
The defendant had found the above business establishment during the above period of time and had 170,000 won per man (1.80,000 won at the time of credit card settlement) in return for sexual traffic, and had the above female employees look about the male grandchildren, and then had them sexual intercourse with the male grandchildren, thereby arranging sexual traffic.
2. Defendant B
A. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) receives 170,000 won per person (1.80,000 won at the time of credit settlement) from the male grandchildren from around March 11, 2009 to December 201, from the above “H”, in return for sexual traffic, and then raises profits equivalent to about 2.4 billion won by having male grandchildren fit themselves.
