Punishment of the crime

1. From the beginning of November 2013 to December 30, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. in C Officetels (i.e., arranging commercial sex acts), operated an “officetel” business under the trade name called “D” in the name of “D” in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ctel 616, 618, and employed female employees, such as E, F, Ga, H, I, and J, over the said period.

The defendant was in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. in Mtels, which led to the violation of the said Act to running an officetel commercial sex acts in another officetel, when the said officetel commercial sex acts were controlled twice at the police.

From January 3, 2014 to January 19, 2014, the Defendant operated an officetel 2009, called “N” in the name of “N” in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of operating an officetel 2009, and placed the instant officetel with the Red Seas, etc., and employed G,O, H, and employees of female workers during the said period.

The defendant had found the above business establishment during the above period of time, from the male grandchildren in the name of the above business, 13 to 250,000 won per person in return for sexual traffic, and had the above female employees lose the male grandchildren, and arranged sexual traffic by allowing them to have sexual intercourse with the male grandchildren.
