A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On April 11, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the Daegu District Court's Ansan Branch on April 11, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on April 5, 2018.

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. From 12:00 on June 2, 2019 to 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) stolen property from the victim C’s house located in Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun; (b) went through the victim’s fence, thereby passing through the victim’s fence; and (c) opened a door-to-door visit and invaded the victim’s residence.

B. On June 6, 2019, from around 15:00 to 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) stolen property from the victim E’s house located in Gyeongbuk-gun; (b) opened a home visit after passing through the vegetable garden of the victim’s house; and (c) invaded the victim’s house into the victim’s house.

C. On June 6, 2019, from around 18:01 to 18:26 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) obtained property from the victim G located in F of the Gyeongdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si, resulting in theft; (b) opened a main visit and opened the victim’s house to the victim’s house; and (c) infringed upon the victim’s residence.

2. Larceny;

A. The Defendant: (a) placed 50,00 won per 50,000 won per 3,400,000 won per 3,400,000 won per 18 kmond’s market value; (b) placed 24 k gold-rums; and (c) stolen it.

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, place, and place set forth in Paragraph 1(b), had a cash of KRW 195,000 in cash and approximately KRW 200,000 in cash, and stolen them.

C. The Defendant has a 300,000 won in cash owned by the victim G at the time, place, and place set forth in paragraph (1)(c), a fluench fluor in cash, a fluor in swine fluor, a fluor in H’s name, and a fluort card.
