1. Defendant B

A. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (i.e., an escape vehicle), a violation of the Road Traffic Act (ii) (iii) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (iv).

(1) On March 23, 2015, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license on March 23, 2015, and led the two-lanes of the F cafeteria in front of the F cafeteria in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to drive the two-lanes of the F cafeteria in the direction of the horizontal distance from the chilling side of the street.

In proceeding as above, the Defendant neglected his duty to see at the front of the same lane, and shocked the back part of the Victim G(43) driving in the same lane into the front part of the Defendant’s driving.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, got the victim G with a scar in scarcity which requires treatment for approximately two weeks, and runs away as it is without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victims, even though the victim I (the 36-year old-old-age-age-age-age-age-age-age-of-age-age-age-of-the-job-age-age-age-of-the-job-age-age-age-of-the-job-age-age-age-age-of-life-age-age-of-life-age-age-of-life-age-of-life-age-of-life-age-of-life-age-of-life-age-of-life-age-of-life-age-of-life-life-age-of-

(2) On the following day after the defendant escaped as described in paragraph (1) of the above A and proceeded about about 4 km, he driving the said rocketing car without obtaining a driver's license at around 00:30 on the same day, and driving the said rocketing car at around 10:30 on the same day, and driving the two-lanes of the three-lanes in front of the mine shooting distance in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with both sides of the horizontal distance from the floodside of the water.

In proceeding as above, the defendant is driving the defendant with the back part of the victim L(76) who is waiting in the same lane at the front of the same lane because he neglected his duty to see in the front line, etc.
