All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. As to the Defendant’s appeal, the Defendant did not submit a statement of grounds for appeal within the statutory period, and the petition of appeal does not state the grounds therefor.

2. Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles as to the prosecutor’s grounds of appeal, we affirm the judgment below that the court below reversed the judgment of the first instance court and acquitted the Defendant on the charge of violating the Illegal Check Control Act regarding the check number L and I Check among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles as to the violation of the Illegal Check Control Act.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
