1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) is the Plaintiff’s KRW 30,918,042, and the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)’s KRW 408,042, and the Plaintiff’s 1,500.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. The facts of recognition (1) G is as follows: (a) around 18:40 on March 20, 2017, when driving a Hone Starsch (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”) and driving a three-lane road under the east-west Written Excavation bridge in Busan, Busan, Busan, along with three-lanes on the citizen park side at the right side of the road in the direction of the Defendant vehicle at the front of the road at the time of the accident, the Plaintiff A and the Plaintiff E, who was pushing with the handcil at the right side of the vehicle at the time of the accident, caused the Plaintiff to go ahead of the said Plaintiffs by shocking the handcil with the front line of the Defendant vehicle at the right edge of the road at the time of the accident.
