1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 12,505,868 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 20, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On December 2015, the Plaintiff considered the relocation of the office of the Defendant, a licensed real estate agent operating the “B Licensed Real Estate Agent Office”, as the introduction of the Defendant, a licensed real estate agent operating the “B Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” in the rent of KRW 3,450,000 per month of the rent of the office of the 115,50,000,00 Doro-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, taking into account the relocation of the office of the 16,12,00 Garo-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
