A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On March 28, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor for forgery of private documents, etc. at the Manpo branch of the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the above punishment on February 26, 2015.

[Criminal facts] On December 24, 2017, the Defendant demanded the victim E (62 years) and the victim F (53 years) who had been drinking in a "D cafeteria" as of 14:15 on December 24, 2017, who had been drinking in a "D cafeteria" as of 14:15, and had been drinking in another table. However, the victims were slickly and continuously communicating.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) carried red dusts in and out of the restaurant near the Defendant’s body; and (b) prevented unhulled victims from melting the snow in the eye of the victims; (c) boomed a smell in the victim’s portable gas siren, which was fluent on the victim’s table; and (d) continuously spreaded the victim’s face into the victim’s face; (b) continuously, the Defendant boomed the victim’s face three times by drinking; and (c) boomed the victim’s side by walking the victim’s f face; and (d) boomed the victim’s f face, which is an article dangerous to both hand, and boomed the victim’s body, such as the victim E, one time at the victim’s body, which requires approximately two weeks’s hair treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victims.
