Punishment of the crime

1. On May 14, 2018, the Defendants’ co-principals heard that in order to borrow money from the victim F in the building of Suwon-gu, Busan and the house of Defendant C located in Defendant C, a security should be provided. The facts are as follows: (a) despite the fact that Defendant A leased the house located in G 3rd floor at the time of macro-si, the Defendants decided to forge H’s real estate lease contract under the H’s name as if he could receive KRW 25 million of the deposit money by leasing the above house from H; (b) Defendant B prepared a lease contract with H’s seal; (c) Defendant C prepared the content of the lease contract with the Y’s pen; and (d) Defendant A conspired to obtain money from the victim.

In collusion, the Defendants conspired to forge private document at the above date, time, and place, Defendant C entered the name “G3 floor”, “JJ”, “H”, “YY 15, 2017”, “24 months”, “3 floor in the lessor’s address column, “I”, “I” in the resident registration number column, “J”, and “H” in the name side of the name, and affixed a seal on the name of Defendant B prepared by Defendant B.

As a result, the Defendants forged one copy of the lease contract in the name of H, a private document on rights and duties for the purpose of exercising.

B. The Defendants conspired to use the above investigative document in collusion, and Defendant A used the forged lease contract to F in the "Law Firm L, which is located in the Busan Shipping Daegu K at the same time as the above paragraph A, as if it were a document duly formed.

C. The Defendants conspired to commit fraud, and the Defendant in the head of Si/Gun/Gu and the head of Si/Gun/Gu, the same as the above paragraph (a).
