1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

Around 10:00 on April 5, 2015, when the Defendant sold a horse leaflet in front of the apartment site B at Jung-si, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by referring the victim, who is a police officer belonging to the Jung-gu Police Station C Zone C District, called the above apartment management office, to the Defendant, on the ground that the victim D, who was a police officer belonging to the Jung-gu Police Station C District, called the said apartment management office, requested the Defendant to suspend selling the leaflet and to collect it.
