A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 3, 2013, the Defendant found the victim at the home location of the victim D (Woo, 20 years of age) located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si C, and followed the victim. On the part of the above victim’s house, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion by force, by making the victim’s chest and knife, with the victim’s knife’s knife, with the victim’s knife’s knife.

On July 5, 2013, at around 13:00, the Defendant discovered a victim who gets home by putting him/her at the vicinity of the house of the Victim F (hereinafter referred to as 15 years of age) located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and then went through the victim’s house entrance and then intrudes into the stairs following the victim, and then, the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by force by force.

B. On July 8, 2013, around 19:30 on July 19, 2013, the Defendant discovered the victim at the vicinity of the house of the victim G (n, 26 years of age) located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, and followed the victim, and intruded the entrance of the multi-family housing where the victim lives, and then, invaded up to the third floor, and found the Defendant, and committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim, such as discovering the victim, preventing the victim from suffering the victim from suffering from the defrising hand, and spreading the knife by gathering the knife of the victim’s knife.
