A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Indecent acts by compulsion;
A. On July 13, 2014, at around 02:10, the Defendant discovered the victim D (27 years of age, female) who walked at the front of the Socheon-si Citagu, Seocheon-si, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim by drinking the victim’s chest, following the victim’s order, and drinking the victim’s chest, and using both hand.
B. On September 21, 2014, around 03:30, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, only as the Defendant sawd the victim E (the 19 years of age, female) who was frighting from the home pluger 38, 7-gil-ro, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2014, after discovering the home pluger E (the 19 years of age, female) and followed the victim’s mind to keep the victim’s chest from drinking and followed the victim.
C. On September 28, 2014, around 04:20, the Defendant discovered the victim G (the age 42) who was walking at the front road of the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2014, and was committing an indecent act by force on the part of the victim, by drinking the victim’s chest, following the victim’s rears, etc., and by drinking the victim’s chest, following the victim’s rears.
On November 23, 2014, around 22:34, the Defendant discovered the victim I (25 years of age, women) who walked in the vicinity of the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim, by spreading out the victim's left hand and exposing out the victim's left chest.
2. On September 21, 2014, the Defendant attempted to detect the victim’s K (20 years of age, female) who walked in the front of the Seocheon-gu Seocheon-gu Jlllllllllle, and to take the victim’s chest back. While the victim was behind the victim, the Defendant attempted to have the victim go beyond the floor when considering the victim’s face by her her son’s son’s son, but the victim was her son. However, the victim was her son.
