1. Facts of recognition;

A. On May 13, 2009, the lessor, Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd., the lessee, and the Telecommunications Business Co., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Telecommunications Business”), and the Plaintiff concluded the following lease contracts.

Subject-matter: C 101, 102 apartment units located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, including the real estate listed in the attached list (hereinafter “instant real estate”): The lease deposit from May 13, 2009 to May 12, 2012: the rent of KRW 500,000 for the rent of KRW 52 households: KRW 48,00,000 for the residential apartment units (not value-added tax), KRW 10,000 for the 13 households for business officetels (excluding value-added tax).

B. On December 23, 2011, the Plaintiff acquired the registration of ownership transfer from the Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd. for the instant real estate, and entered into a lease agreement with the Pakistan Industry on May 11, 2012, as follows.

Subject matter: The lease deposit from May 13, 2012 to May 12, 2014: 1,500,000,000 won for an apartment house of 51 households, such as the instant real estate: 35,00,000 won for each apartment house of 51 households (excluding value-added tax) and officetels of 5,00,000,000 won for each officetel (excluding value-added tax)

C. On July 2, 2013, the Plaintiff amended the terms and conditions of the instant lease agreement with the Telecommunications Industry as follows.

D. On June 3, 2013, Pakistan and D concluded a sublease contract with respect to the instant real estate on the following:

(hereinafter referred to as “instant sublease contract”): The period from June 8, 2013 to May 12, 2014 (11 months): Provided, That the expiration date of the sublease period shall be within the lease period between the treatment construction and the strike-based industry.

Sub-lease deposit: 1,600,000 won prior to the month: 50,000 won.

The Plaintiff, against D, did not have any condition on the instant real estate in this Court No. 2014da118384.
