1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;

(b) from May 15, 2014 to the annexed list.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 13, 2009, the lessor, Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd., the lessee C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”), and the truster Plaintiff concluded the following lease contracts.

Objects: Period of 101, 102 apartment buildings, 52, and officetels 13 households in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, including the real estate listed in the attached list (hereinafter referred to as “instant real estate”): Lease deposit: from May 13, 2009 to May 12, 2012: 50,000 to May 12, 2012: 48,000,000 residential apartment buildings (not value-added tax) for 52 households; 10,000,000 won for business officetels 13 households (excluding value-added tax)

B. On December 23, 2011, the Plaintiff acquired the registration of ownership transfer from the Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd. for the instant real estate, and entered into a lease agreement with C on May 11, 2012, with C as follows.

Subject matter: Period of 51 apartment units, such as the instant real estate: from May 13, 2012 to May 12, 2014: Lease deposit: 1,500,000,000 won for monthly rent from May 12, 2014: apartment house 51 households (excluding value-added tax) and officetels 5,00,000,000 won for officetels 11 households (excluding value-added tax)

C. On July 2, 2013, the Plaintiff revised the terms and conditions of the said lease with C as follows.

(hereinafter referred to as "the lease contract of this case". Period: 900,000,000 won (such payment) from the date when the lease period under the first lease contract begins to May 14, 2014:

D. C and the Defendant concluded a sublease contract with respect to the instant real estate on August 29, 201, as follows, and on September 27, 2012, the period of sublease was changed by agreement between the parties until September 26, 2013.

(hereinafter “instant sublease contract”). Period: From September 27, 201 to September 26, 2012, an extension from September 26, 2011 to September 26, 2013.

Sub-lease deposit: 30,000,000 won prior to the month: 2,000,000 won (pre-paid on January 27).

On April 28, 2014, the Plaintiff did not extend the instant lease agreement to C, and on May 14, 2014, the object of the instant lease.
