On July 14, 2018, at around 21:25, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle owned by the Defendant under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.33% 0% from the 7km section before the “D cafeteria” road located in Thai City, Thai City, to the same city-type white-ro 1291, and the front road of “Seoul Special Metropolitan City Mayor,” the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 7km.
