Punishment of the crime

1. Joint Offences by the Defendants - No person in CPC bank shall exchange any tangible or intangible outcome obtained through the use of game products.

From March 20, 2018 to May 14, 2018, Defendants conspired to exchange game points acquired from the said PC to customers in cash while jointly operating CPCs in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D.

B On May 14, 2018, in accordance with the above public offering, around 21:15, 2018, at the PPC, requested exchange of the game points of 25,807 points remaining from E which he completed the game, and paid 20,000 won in cash to E.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to exchange game points.

2. Defendant A - No one shall provide game products of any content different from those rated by the Game Products Management Committee for use.

The defendant is a person who operates the FPC in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, and H is an employee of the above PC.

The Defendant and H provided an unspecified number of customers visiting the said PC from March 16, 2018 to May 28, 2018 with the game “spaker, spawer, wave, wave spawer, wave spawer,” and received cash from customers different from the contents of the rating (the user is unable to pay game money directly in cash, and the transfer of PC money within the game is impossible) and made them use the said game work without limit of daily payment limit.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with H to provide game products with contents different from those of the grade.
