A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

Criminal facts

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a adult PC with the trade name, “EPC” in subparagraph d of the building C at Sejong City.

No business entity providing Internet computer game facilities may provide game products, the contents of which are different from those classified, for distribution or use.

Nevertheless, from June 2019 to August 14:50, 2019, the Defendant installed eight computers from the aforementioned “EPC” to the customers through “F” (G), and provided the customers with the “original, spawers, Baduk, and dumumumumum” via “F,” and purchased the game money in advance to the manager ID of the manager’s page (so-called “so-called “so-called “so-called managermod”) who did not receive the rating, and directly charged the said PC with the game money corresponding to the cash of the customer’s home by receiving cash from the customers who find the said PC, and then provided them with game money different from the contents of the rating.
