A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On May 13, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six years of imprisonment by the Daegu District Court due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape, etc.). On February 10, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in Daegu Prison.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On August 4, 2017, the Defendant boarded the subway station of subway No. 1, subway station located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in the subway station of subway No. 1, and taken pictures of two female victims using a camera installed in the Defendant’s cellular phone in the subway station to the station of half month in Daegu-gu, etc., in which it is impossible to find out the names of short franchis suffered from the Defendant’s cellular phone, etc., using a camera installed in the Defendant’s cell phone.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism.

2. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On August 6, 2017, around 22:05, the Defendant followed the Victim F (n, 19 years of age) on the street in front of the party park located in Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongsan-si, and the victim entered the G building in the same city, and showed obscene video products to the victim. The victim opened a house door of the victim H (23 years of age) located in the G building 305, and the victim intruded the victim’s residence by inserting either one to the inside of the said residence so that the victim cannot open the door.

B. On August 7, 2017, the Defendant is at the joint studio of the Istudio in Gyeong-si, Gyeongbuk-si, Gyeongbuk-si, Gyeongbuk-si, around 05:00.
