A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 01:10 on April 29, 2020, the Defendant assaulted D, i.e., “sing room” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, by the report of 112, on personal information from D, who belongs to the police box of the Ulsan-nam Police Station C commander of the Ulsan-do, who was dispatched by the report of 112, on three occasions, with the face of the said D as “singing, singinging, killing, and sick.” The Defendant posted three times of drinking, having the face of the said D two times, having the face taken two times in hand, and having been arrested as a flagrant offender and on the back of the patrol to move to the district.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in regard to the handling of 112 reported cases.
