Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2012, the defendant did not make a false report to a public official on a crime or accident without any person, but the defendant stored his vehicle in the gas station in the Government-Si B "Government LPG shock Station of the Co., Ltd." and filed a false report that D head of the gas station was not able to return the vehicle after leaving the vehicle on less than 20 parts.
