Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 9, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on September 9, 201, and on April 5, 2011, the same kind of power is added to 11 times in addition to the completion of the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Correctional Institution.

1. On February 18, 2014, the Defendant, entering a residence, went to the house beyond the gate, when the victim C, located in Chuncheon-si B, and went to the house.

2. Fraud;
A. Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 03:10 on June 10, 2014, filed a false report in 119, on the following grounds: “Around 03:10, the Defendant, despite having not known that the fact was against three males.”
