Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 12:30 on July 16, 2013, the Defendant took the attitude that the Defendant would inflict harm on the victim’s life and body by taking away the knife, which is a deadly weapon, from the victim F (the age of 44) upon the request of E, who is the main owner of the Gowon, while hearing the horses that he would go from the Gowon.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
