At the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1), the owner of a business, even though he/she is well aware that he/she is engaged in speculative business by using the “sule” game and “sule” game, he/she received KRW 100,000 per day, and provided his/her employees with drinking water, thereby facilitating A’s criminal conduct.
