At around 03:10 on July 9, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at approximately 15 meters away from the parking lot of the North-gu public health clinic in the North-gu, North-gu, Gwangju to the front road of the public health clinic, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.072% of alcohol level.
