Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

On August 18, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of approximately 1 km from the Do in front of the Hempinnum House, which is not aware of the trade name in the Northern-dong, to the 379-lane in the same Do in the same Gu, from August 21, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.06% of blood alcohol level.
