A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 700,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

1. Defendant A

가. 해양환경관리법위반 피고인은 2013. 5. 18. 17:50경 통영시 D에 있는 우렁쉥이양식장에서 발생된 폐기물인 폐우렁쉥이 불상량을 바지선에 싣고 자신의 어장관리선으로 예인하여 같은 날 18:50경 같은 읍 영운리 선착장 남방 약 2mile 해상에서 투기하여 선박으로부터 해양으로 폐기물을 배출하였다.

B. Around 14:00 on July 31, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fishery Resources Management Act captured aquatic animals by means other than those for which he/she obtained a license, by putting a scooters equipment on a diving beach located in Tong-si, Tong-si, and collecting approximately 2 km away from the sea bed.

다. 수산업법위반 피고인은 2008. 12월경부터 처남인 B 명의로 등록된 통영 양식면허 E, F 우렁쉥이양식장을 자신의 지배하에 두고 경영하였다.

2. Defendant B had, from December 2008, A de facto control over the operation of the 1-(C) model as a fishery right holder, from around December 2008.
