Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2015, the Defendant, at around 11:14, 2015, did not pay a taxi fee to the taxi in front of the Sinnam-si New Sinnam-si, and did not leave the taxi at the taxi without paying the taxi fee. On January 11, 2015, the Defendant sent the taxi to the police box at the 4 box of the Gyeonggi Sungnam-nam Police Station.

On January 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) returned to the cab driver at the police station located 4:7290 dong 7290 p.m., Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, by paying the taxi fee; (b) returned to the cab driver; (c) sent a serious bath for police officers; and (d) carried out a heavy bath for police officers; and (c) by hand, damaged the goods used by public offices by gathering a lid of plastic garbage lid on the floor of the police box office.
